Sift

Terms of Service

Last updated 6 August 2026.

These terms govern your use of Sift, a data and list cleaning application for GoHighLevel provided by SYNRGII ("we", "us"). By installing or using Sift you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. What Sift does

Sift processes lead lists you provide, applies the cleaning rules described in the documentation, and returns a cleaned result together with a report of what it removed and why. Importing that result into your CRM is a separate step that you take.

2. Your account and your data

You need an active GoHighLevel sub-account to install Sift. You are responsible for keeping your GoHighLevel credentials secure and for everything done through your installation. The lists you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process them on your instruction.

3. Your obligations, and the part that matters most

You agree that you will not use Sift:

Sift is a hygiene tool, not a compliance opinion. Removing a litigator record or flagging a DNC entry reduces one category of risk. It does not make an outbound campaign lawful, it is not legal advice, and it does not transfer responsibility for your outreach to us. Whether you may contact a given person remains your decision and your liability.

4. Availability

We aim to keep Sift available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. Where a change would materially reduce what the application does, we will give reasonable notice to installed sub-accounts.

5. Fees

Any fees, and the terms of any trial, are as presented on the GoHighLevel marketplace listing at the time you install. Billing is handled by GoHighLevel. We do not process your payment details.

6. Intellectual property

Sift, its name, its mark, its interface, and its underlying software are ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application while your installation is active. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sift is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the cleaning rules will identify every duplicate, every litigator, or every misclassified phone number.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to Sift. Our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for Sift in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty United States dollars.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your use of Sift, from the data you process through it, or from your breach of section 3.

10. Term and termination

These terms apply while Sift is installed. You may end them at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law. Sections 6 through 9 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to installed sub-accounts and the date above will change. Continuing to use Sift after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there.
