Sift

A SYNRGII app for GoHighLevel

Your list is dirtier than your CRM admits.

Sift cleans a skip-traced lead list before it reaches your sub-account. It removes the rows that cost you money and the ones that cost you a lawsuit, and it tells you exactly what it took out.

Two rules most cleaners get wrong

It dedupes on the address

One property comes back with many owner numbers. Key on the phone and a single house becomes five leads. Sift keys on the property and keeps the numbers as alternates.

Unknown stays unknown

Most tools default an unclassifiable line to mobile so the row imports. That default is how a landline ends up in an SMS campaign. Sift reports it and lets you decide.

A DNC entry is not a litigator. Litigators are removed. A plain DNC record is kept, flagged, and left to you. Treating them the same throws away contactable people and buries the ones that carry real risk.

It shows its work

A cleaner you cannot audit is a cleaner you cannot trust with a list you paid for. Every run ends like this.

Rows in4,182
Duplicate property1,046
Over the per-record phone cap168
Unclassifiable phone47

Nothing is deleted in your CRM. Sift processes the file you give it and hands back a cleaned file plus this report. Importing the result is a separate step that you take.

Built for the way these lists actually arrive

Skip-trace exports, county records, and list-broker CSVs do not agree on column names, phone formatting, or what an address looks like. Sift normalizes them into one shape before it decides anything, so the same rules apply no matter who sold you the file.
